What medical company have full cover and is for a low monthly payment?

I do have medical plan but it doesn't cover dental and eye. I am paying 4 a month, is that cheap? I want to know what other offer out there that is better for me. Thank you.

That is very cheap if the coverage is decent. You're not going to find medical/dental/vision wrapped for less.
