Question by ben greg: Where can I learn about occult beliefs for free?

Sorry if I misused the word occult but I am interested in learning about things like Wiccan, Spiritual Vampirism, and similar beliefs, but i'm not too keen on spending 25$+ to get a book of unknown quality, especially from some sites that are severely lacking in web design.
