How do I become an accomplished fantasy fiction writer?

I'm particularly interested in writing fantasy fiction since young, and I'm totally engrossed in fantasy books, like Paolini's, Rowling's and Diana Wayne Jones. But to you, what is necessary to train myself in writing a good fantasy story?

There are a few creative writing on line courses offering fantasy writing. You may also want to check local colleges offering these courses or the Learning Annex which also have some top authors holding a week night workshop.

Further check out the Writers Market, and Writers Digest Magazine. Science Fiction and Fantasy publications meaning printed not ezines.
