What to bargain when we offer a web app for free?

We develop a web app that helps existing websites to generate more pageviews and make their sites sticky. For some sites, we don't mind offering the app for free, but what are the things we can get in return? Well, we can ask that we share the ads inventory for my web app - some spaces shows their ads, some show ours.. But any better ideas?
No, it's not an adware tool. We host/manage the web application for them and they can put banners on the site.
